I am looking for a mocha bundt cake recipe?
It’s delicious, I know you use a box of yellow cake mix, chocolate pudding, coffee, sour cream, eggs, and I think butter. The recipe was given to me years ago and it was photo copied from a book. Does ANYONE have this recipe??
Sorry, sounds good but it did not have any liquor, or liquer, in it.
Thanks Madeline…but that not it. It was yellow cake mix, no chocolate chips and the coffee was brewed (cold).
MOCHA BUNDT CAKE
1 pkg. white cake mix
1 (3 3/4 oz.) pkg. instant chocolate pudding mix
4 eggs
1 c. oil
2/3 c. vodka
1/3 c. coffee liqueur
1/4 c. water
1/4 c. coffee liqueur
1/4 c. powdered sugar
Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Grease and flour bundt cake pan, shaking out excess.
Combine first 7 ingredients in large bowl and beat thoroughly. Pour into pan. Bake until tester inserted in center comes out clean, about 50-60 minutes. Let cool 5 minutes in pan, then invert onto rack.
Blend 1/4 cup coffee liqueur with powdered sugar in small bowl until smooth. Drizzle evenly over warm cake.
